We organize two types of PIDA trainings, one on ICC international Commercial Arbitration (2 levels) and one on International Contracts.
These 3 ½ day-training are built around a mock case combining plenary sessions with small working groups.
Each session is limited to approximately 40 businesspeople, lawyers, and in-house counsel to allow an interactive training and valuable debates amongst international participants and speakers. Speakers are renowned and outstanding experts in their field.
Working languages are English and French, with simultaneous interpretation.

PIDA training on International Commercial Arbitration
Study of a mock case under the ICC Rules of Arbitration

During PIDA trainings on arbitration, the different stages of the arbitral proceeding under the ICC Rules of Arbitration are examined from the Request for Arbitration to the Final Award, including the choice and appointments of arbitrators, the Terms of Reference and the arbitral hearing.
Two levels are available: the first one is aimed at those who wish to have a first and deep experience of an ICC arbitral proceeding and an advanced one organized for those who already have ICC experience but wish to consolidate it by examining complex procedural situations that may occur.
